So they brought him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth.
Mark 9:20 (3-2-11)
What, you think when the evil spirit sees it’s going to be attacked, it’s going to go passive? Nope, it’s going to attack with more fervor than ever.
That’s how the enemy works. When he sees us advancing, he attacks. When we take ground from him, he tries to take it back. Moving forward means being attacked.
Which means, if you’re being attacked, it could possibly be a sign you’re going in the right direction.
[Father, help me not to surrender to attacks, but be encouraged by them.]
