Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” (Acts 3:6 NIV, 10-15-11)

That is faith.

See, Jesus had done plenty of miracles like this one. But Jesus is gone now. Is the power still the same?

As Peter found out, the answer was yes.

We can run into the same thing. God has worked in my life in the past. But it may have been a while. What about now?

Well, God’s still the same. His arm is not shortened. His mission is unchanged. The blessings will come.

The power is still here in the name of Jesus.
